The stock was trading 0.81% lower at ₹966.35 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 1:06 pm.

The scrip has declined 1% in the past week and 5.31% in a month. On a year-to-date basis, it is down 20%.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹1,328.80 per unit on January 6, 2026, while its 52-week low of ₹630 apiece was recorded on May 9, 2025.

GM Breweries' dividend record date

In an exchange filing on Tuesday, April 28, the company announced that it has "fixed Thursday, May 21, 2026 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for the purpose of payment of final dividend of F.Y.2025-2026."

GM Breweries Q4 results

GM Breweries recorded a 10.56% decline in its profit after tax to ₹54.07 crore in the January-March quarter of the financial year 2025-26, the company had said in an exchange filing on April 9. In the year ago period, the net profit stood at ₹60.46 crore.

The company's revenue from operations surged 22.46% to ₹812.09 crore in Q4 FY26 as against ₹663.12 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation, or EBITDA, advanced 82.52% to ₹52 crore in the quarter under review, compared to ₹29 crore in Q4 FY25. EBITDA margin stood at 6.45% compared to 4.33% in the year-ago period.
