Shares of leading facade manufacturer Glass Wall Systems (India) Ltd declined on Wednesday, October 7, after the company released its latest set of numbers for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27.

The stock was trading 5.19% lower at ₹260.95 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 9:19 am.

The scrip, which debuted on September 16, is up 43.37% from the IPO issue price of ₹182.

Glass Wall Systems Q1 results

In an exchange filing, the company announced that its consolidated profit after tax declined 7.7% to ₹17 crore in the quarter ended June 2026. The net profit stood at ₹19 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

However, its revenue from operations advanced 35.8% to ₹107 crore in the first quarter of FY27, compared to ₹79 crore a year back.

The revenue from domestic business rose 93% to ₹62 crore, while international business' net sales were down 12% to ₹39 crore.

The fenestration segment reported a revenue of ₹6 crore, up 127% YoY.

EBITDA saw an uptick of 9% to ₹23 crore from ₹21 crore. The EBIDTA margin, however, dropped to 21.3% versus 26.6%.

As of July 2026, the company has an order book of ₹982 crore.

Eshan Hemrajani, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited, said, "Q1FY27 performance reflects the strength of our integrated facade solutions platform, which brings together design and engineering, manufacturing and project execution under one roof. We continue to see encouraging opportunities across our domestic facade business, international facade product supply and premium fenestration segment."

"Going forward, we will stay focused on disciplined execution of our robust project pipeline, deepening relationships with existing customers, expanding our international presence and strengthening our value-added manufacturing capabilities," he added.

The ₹427.89 crore Glass Wall Systems IPO consisted of a fresh issuance of ₹60 crore and an offer for sale component of ₹367.89 crore by promoters Eshan Jawahar Hemrajani and Jawahar Hariram Hemrajani and investor India Business Excellence Fund IIA. It was subscribed 81.65 times
