Asian Paints Q2 Results: Paints manufacturer Asian Paints will declare its latest set of earnings for the second quarter of the financial year 2026-27 on October 29.

In an exchange filing, the company said that "a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on 29 October 2026 to consider the approval of audited standalone financial results of the company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026; approval of unaudited consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026; and declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March 2027."

"The trading window for trading in the securities of the Company, which has been closed since Friday, 18th September 2026, for declaration of audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026 shall remain closed up to Monday, 2nd November 2026 (both days inclusive)," the firm said.

Asian Paints Q2 results and dividend date and time

Asian Paints will announce its second quarter FY27 results on Thursday, October 29. The company's board will also consider an interim dividend, if any, for fiscal 2027.

The Mumbai-headquartered firm has not declared the time to release its earnings. However, in the last two quarters, results were released during the market hours.

The record date for the payment of the interim dividend, if declared, will be Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

Shares of Asian Paints settled 2.46% higher at ₹2,424.20 apiece on the NSE on Tuesday, October 6. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹2,32,528.73 crore.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹2,985.70 per share on December 4, 2025, while its 52-week low of ₹2,115 apiece was recorded on March 23, 2026.

In the past week, the stock has gained 0.9%. However, it declined 3.07% in a month and 11.91% year-to-date.

How did Asian Paints perform in Q1 FY27?

Consolidated net profit after minority interest rose 40% to ₹1,539.3 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹1,099.8 crore in the same period last year.

Its consolidated net sales surged 17.9% to ₹10,521.4 crore in Q1 FY27 versus ₹8,924.5 crore in the year-ago period.
