Four Tata group companies nearing their record date for dividends; Check details

In addition, they are also widely recognised for creating strong shareholder value over the long term. Moreover, the group has created a mark with their brand value in different categories such as Titan, Trent, Tata Consumer Products and more. Tejas Networks

Tejas Networks is the Tata Group’s leading wires and communications, wireless networking products manufacturer. In Q4FY25, the company’s total revenue jumped 43% YoY to ₹1,907 crore and a net loss of ₹45 crore as compared to a net profit of ₹233 crore. The company announced a dividend of ₹2.5 per share and set the record date on 19th June. The company’s total dividend yield remains low at 0.35%

Tata Communications

The company is a leading digital solutions provider from the Tata group. It holds a leadership position in emerging markets and has clients across the globe. The company’s Q4FY25 revenue stood at ₹5,990 crore, up by 6.12% YoY. Meanwhile, the profit declined by 22% YoY to ₹1,041 crore. The company announced a dividend of ₹25 per share and set the record date of 19th June for the same.

Tata Power

Tata Power is one of India’s leading power generation and distribution companies. The company’s majority of revenue comes from the transmission and distribution business. Further, the company aims to generate 70% of its power renewable sources by 2030. The company has set the record date for its ₹2.25 per share dividend on 20th June.

Indian Hotels Company

IHCL is India’s leading hospitality company, diversified into luxury, upscale and midscale segments of Hospitality. The company operates through 385+ properties, with 249 fully operational and 139 in the pipeline. The company announced a dividend of ₹2.25 per share and set the record date of 30th June.
