Stocks like Gujarat Alkalies, UNO Minda, Jaiprakash Power, Rajputana Stainless, Stove Kraft, among others, will be in focus of the stock market investors on Friday, March 20, 2026, after the companies recorded multiple large-scale transactions through either a bulk or a block deal on Thursday.

For new investors in the market, a bulk deal is a stock buy or sell transaction where the trade involves more than 0.5% of the outstanding shares of a listed company in a single trading day, while block deals are trades with a minimum value of ₹10 crore via a single transaction during the market session.

Although retail investors are not able to trade in block and bulk deals due to the size, the market investors should check the details of the transactions on major block and bulk deal stocks carried out in the previous market session ahead of the opening bell on Friday, March 20, for the stocks in focus.

Block deals on March 19

UNO Minda Limited shares recorded two block deal transactions during the stock market session on March 19, where the company's Chairman and Managing Director, Nirmal Kumar Minda, sold 14,10,000 shares of the firm at a trade price of ₹1,100 apiece.

According to the NSE block deals data, the 14.1 lakh shares were purchased by Minda Investments Limited, a key company in the UNO Minda Group, at ₹1,100 per share.

As of March 20, the BSE data showed that there were no block deals executed during the stock market session on the particular exchange on Thursday, March 19.

Gujarat Alkalies: Among the bulk buyers were NK Securities Research (30,03,495 shares at ₹485.38); Musigma Securities (12,30,868 shares at ₹480.38); Silverleaf Capital Services (7,71,284 shares at ₹484.22); GRT Strategic Ventures (14,77,065 shares at ₹482.92); Share India Securities (7,36,035 shares at ₹482.22); Irage Broking Services (15,38,056 shares at ₹485.1); Puma Securities (4,19,411 shares at ₹480.74); Elixir Wealth Management (13,43,822 shares at ₹481.41); Junomoneta Finsol (7,03,883 shares at ₹482.34); Qicap Markets (9,06,796 shares at ₹487.88); and Dipan Mehta Commodities (9,87,593 shares at ₹482.18).

While selling the stake, Irage Broking Services (sold 16,12,876 shares at ₹483.29); GRT Strategic Ventures (sold 14,77,065 shares at ₹483.19); Share India Securities (sold 7,36,035 shares at ₹482.88); Silverleaf Capital Services (sold 7,71,284 shares at ₹484.79); Musigma Securities (sold 12,30,868 shares at ₹480.82); NK Securities Research (sold 30,03,495 shares at ₹485.71); Puma Securities (sold 4,19,411 shares at ₹480.97); Qicap Markets (sold 9,06,796 shares at ₹488.14); Junomoneta Finsol (sold 7,08,178 shares at ₹482.76); Dipan Mehta Commodities (sold 9,87,593 shares at ₹483.06); and Elixir Wealth Management (sold 13,43,822 shares at ₹482.04).

Jaiprakash Power: Jump Trading Financial India bought 5,03,88,956 shares of Jaiprakash Power at ₹16.41, and then later sold the same shares of the company at ₹16.42 per share during Thursday’s stock market.
Rajputana Stainless: Craft Emerging Market Fund (Citadel Capital Fund) bought 12,50,000 shares at ₹122; Craft Emerging Market Fund (Elite Capital Fund) purchased 9,00,000 shares at ₹122; Sapan Anil Shah HUF bought 5,31,188 shares at ₹119.51; and Smital Suresh Thakkar bought 5,40,000 shares at ₹122.
Stove Kraft: HRTI Pvt Ltd bought 1,60,568 shares of Stove Kraft at a price of ₹519.19 per share, and sold 1,70,461 shares at a trade price of ₹516.06 apiece, according to NSE data.
Oneclick Logistics: Matalia Stock Broking Private Limited bought 35,600 shares at ₹317.86, while Mahesh Liladhar Bhanushali purchased 59,600 shares of Oneclick Logistics at ₹318.19 on Thursday. Only Matalia Stock Broking Private Limited sold 39,200 shares of the company at a price of ₹311.43 apiece, according to the NSE data.
