A bulk deal is a stock buying or selling transaction where the deal involves more than 0.5% outstanding shares of a listed entity in a single trading day, while a block deal is when the transaction holds a minimum value of ₹10 crore per trade during the market session.
Stock market investors should check details about the bulk and block transactions on stocks carried out in the previous market session ahead of the opening bell for the week on Monday, March 23, 2026.
Those shares were purchased by ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (2,170,473 shares), and Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I Limited (2,170,473 shares) at the same trade price via a block deal.
NSE data showed that there were no block deal trades executed during the market session on the particular exchange on Friday, March 20, 2026.
Later, Junomoneta Finsol sold 91,588 shares at ₹720.85, and NK Securities Research sold 1,42,356 shares at ₹716.93 to square off the bulk deal trade on Friday.
Rajputana Stainless Ltd: Bronze Securities Pvt Ltd bought 4,61,371 shares of Rajputana Stainless at a trade price of ₹115.34 per share, and later sold 4,60,227 shares of the company at a trading price of ₹115.6 apiece on Friday.
While selling the shares, Junomoneta Finsol sold 7,71,967 shares at ₹402.92; HRTI Private Limited sold 11,47,279 shares at ₹400.2; Microcurves Trading sold 14,52,234 shares at ₹401.31; QE Securities sold 8,98,754 shares at ₹399.48; and NK Securities Research sold 9,44,910 shares at ₹402.65, as per NSE data.
While selling their stakes, NK Securities Research sold 5,18,383 shares at a trade price of ₹417.79 and GRT Strategic Ventures sold 4,36,329 shares at ₹420.18, squaring off their bulk transactions as of the final trade session last week, which ended on Friday, March 20.
