Company stocks like DLF, Jindal Poly Films, Inox Green Energy, and Reliance Industrial Infrastructure, among others, will be in focus of the market investors on Monday, March 23, 2026, after the firms witnessed several block or bulk deal transactions as of the final trading session last week on Friday.

A bulk deal is a stock buying or selling transaction where the deal involves more than 0.5% outstanding shares of a listed entity in a single trading day, while a block deal is when the transaction holds a minimum value of ₹10 crore per trade during the market session.

Stock market investors should check details about the bulk and block transactions on stocks carried out in the previous market session ahead of the opening bell for the week on Monday, March 23, 2026.

Block deals on Friday, March 20

DLF: Shares of real estate developer DLF witnessed several block deals on Friday, where Best Investment Corporation sold 1,322,743 shares, BG WW Asia Ex Japan Fund A Sub Fund Of Baillie Gifford Worldwide Funds Plc sold 138,446 shares, while Baillie Gifford Pacific Fund A Sub Fund Of BG Overseas Growth FD ICVC sold 709,284 shares and 2,170,473 shares all at trade price of ₹531.7 apiece on March 20.

Those shares were purchased by ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (2,170,473 shares), and Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I Limited (2,170,473 shares) at the same trade price via a block deal.

Jindal Poly Films: Ruchi Jain Hanasoge sold 432,521 shares of Jindal Poly Films, while Rina Virendra Jain sold 412,400 shares at a trade price of ₹1,028 per share, according to BSE data. Kolkata-based Monet Securities Private Ltd purchased both the stakes via a block deal at the trade price of ₹1,028 per share on Friday, March 20.

NSE data showed that there were no block deal trades executed during the market session on the particular exchange on Friday, March 20, 2026.

Top bulk deals on NSE

Inox Green Energy: Data showed that NK Securities Research Private Limited purchased 40,22,865 shares of Inox Green Energy at a trade price of ₹157.76, and later sold 40,22,865 shares of the company at ₹157.85 apiece, according to the exchange data.
Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd: Junomoneta Finsol Private Limited bought 91,121 shares of the company at ₹720.36 per share, while NK Securities Research purchased 1,42,356 shares at ₹716.44 on Friday.

Later, Junomoneta Finsol sold 91,588 shares at ₹720.85, and NK Securities Research sold 1,42,356 shares at ₹716.93 to square off the bulk deal trade on Friday.

Rajputana Stainless Ltd: Bronze Securities Pvt Ltd bought 4,61,371 shares of Rajputana Stainless at a trade price of ₹115.34 per share, and later sold 4,60,227 shares of the company at a trading price of ₹115.6 apiece on Friday.

Happiest Minds Tech: Microcurves Trading Private Limited bought 14,52,234 shares at ₹401.21; Junomoneta Finsol bought 7,81,957 shares at ₹402.83; HRTI Private Limited bought 12,34,514 shares at ₹400.52; QE Securities LLP bought 9,08,765 shares at ₹398.59; and NK Securities Research picked up 9,44,910 stocks at ₹402.51 per shares.

While selling the shares, Junomoneta Finsol sold 7,71,967 shares at ₹402.92; HRTI Private Limited sold 11,47,279 shares at ₹400.2; Microcurves Trading sold 14,52,234 shares at ₹401.31; QE Securities sold 8,98,754 shares at ₹399.48; and NK Securities Research sold 9,44,910 shares at ₹402.65, as per NSE data.

Deep Industries: Via a bulk deal on Friday, NK Securities Research purchased 5,18,383 shares at ₹417.51; while GRT Strategic Ventures LLP bought 4,36,329 shares at ₹420.01 during the market session.

While selling their stakes, NK Securities Research sold 5,18,383 shares at a trade price of ₹417.79 and GRT Strategic Ventures sold 4,36,329 shares at ₹420.18, squaring off their bulk transactions as of the final trade session last week, which ended on Friday, March 20.
