Brigade Enterprises shares rally 4% on signing agreement with US-based HealthEdge

Brigade Enterprises shares jumped 4% to touch an intraday high of ₹612 apiece on Thursday, August 20, after the company signed an agreement with US-based healthcare technology firm HealthEdge.

The real estate major in a regulatory filing said that agreement for a super built-up area of approximately 1.62 lakh sq. ft. across 11 floors of Brigade’s first IT office building, Brigade Square, in Thiruvananthapuram.

Located in Technopark – Phase 1, Brigade Square is a 2 lakh sq. ft. IT office building designed to support the evolving requirements of technology-driven businesses. This marks an important milestone in Brigade Group’s expansion in Thiruvananthapuram.

HealthEdge provides AI-powered software and technology services that help health insurance companies modernise and streamline healthcare administration. Its platform covers claims processing, payment accuracy, provider network management, care management and risk adjustment, helping health plans automate processes and improve efficiency.

Brigade Group has significant expansion plans for Thiruvananthapuram. The group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Kerala to develop a 2 million sq. ft. World Trade Center within Technopark-Phase 1.

Brigade Enterprises share price trends

At 2:44 PM, Brigade Enterprises shares were trading at ₹611.35 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, rising 4.02%.

From the beginning of the year, Brigade Enterprises shares have fallen 9%. Over a month’s time, the stock has gained over 8%, while it has surged 10% in the past six months.

Shares of the firm had hit a 52-week high of ₹802.01 on October 31, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹450.75 on March 23, 2026.
