Mumbai-based Sky Gold, listed on both NSE and BSE, is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing of gold jewellery.
The company reported a 94.2% year-on-year rise in consolidated revenue from operations to ₹768.8 crore in the July-September quarter. Its EBITDA grew by 154.3% Y-o-Y to ₹38.8 crore. Its Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 405.2% to ₹36.7 crore over the year-ago period.
Shares of Sky Gold Ltd were trading flat at ₹4,128 apiece on the NSE at 11:07 am.
Its board has approved a bonus issue of 1:1 which means the issue of one new share for every one held by shareholders as of the record date.
On November 5 announced that its board approved a bonus issue of 1:1.
Bharat Seats Ltd reported revenue of ₹290.67 crore for the July-September quarter of FY25 against ₹285.97 crore in the year-ago period.
Its net profit stood at ₹7.06 crore for the second quarter of FY25 compared to ₹6.83 crore in the year-ago period.
Bharat Seats Ltd manufactures seating systems, body sealing parts and NVH components for four wheelers.
Shares of Bharat Seats Ltd were trading 2.9% higher at ₹222.45 apiece on the BSE at 11:17 am.
The company has also announced a stock split of its one share of ₹ 10 into 10 shares of ₹1 each.
The company’s board has fixed the record date for both stock and the bonus issue as December 10, 2024.
The company reported revenue of ₹2.12 crore for the April-September period of FY25 against ₹1.48 crore in the year-ago period.
Its net profit rose to ₹35.27 lakh in the April-September period from ₹26.08 lakh in the year-ago period.
The trading company deals in API, pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
Shares of Achyut Healthcare were trading 2.51% higher at ₹80 apiece on the BSE at 11:16 am.
The packaging products manufacturer on October 30 announced that its board approved a bonus issue of 1:1 i.e. the issue of one new share for every one share held by shareholders as of the record date.
Reported revenue from operations of ₹19.65 crore for the April- September quarter compared to ₹15.43 crore in the year-ago period.
Net Profit was ₹1.05 crore in the period against ₹64.63 lakh in the year-ago period.
The company manufactures round tin-based packaging materials for tobacco and other products.
Shares of Rajeshwari Cans were locked in 5% lower circuit at ₹525.05 apiece on the BSE at 11:17 am on Monday.
