Intraday, the stock fell as much as 3.61% to ₹73.11 per unit, its record low, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). At 2:26 pm, it was trading 2.82% lower at ₹73.71 apiece.

The scrip has fallen by 6.10% in the past week, while it has declined by 15.30% in a month. Year-to-date, it has slipped 23.30%.

At the intra-day mark, the scrip is up just 4.44% from the IPO issue price of ₹70.

The stock had debuted at ₹150 apiece, a premium of 114% from the issue price, on the NSE on September 16, 2024.

The initial share sale, with a price band of ₹66 to ₹70 per share, sought to raise ₹6,560 crore via a mix of fresh issuance of shares aggregating to ₹3,560 crore and an offer for sale of ₹3,000 crore by promoter Bajaj Finance.

Bajaj Housing Finance Q3 FY26 results

Bajaj Housing Finance posted a 21.35% increase in its profit after tax to ₹665 crore in the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The company reported a post-tax profit of ₹548 crore in the year-ago period.

Its revenue from operations rose 17.84% to ₹2,886 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹2,449 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Net interest income (NII) increased by 19% year-on-year (YoY) in Q3 FY26 to ₹963 crore from ₹806 crore in Q3 FY25.

Assets under management (AUM) advanced 23% YoY to ₹1,33,412 crore as of December 31, 2025, from ₹1,08,314 crore as of December 31, 2024.

Bajaj Housing Finance is a non-deposit-taking housing finance company engaged in mortgage lending since fiscal 2018. It offers financial solutions to individuals and corporate entities for the renovation and purchase of homes and commercial spaces. Its product suite comprises home loans, loans against property, lease rental discounting and developer financing.
