Bajaj Finance Q4 Results: Bajaj Finance, the leading non-banking financial company (NBFC), is slated to announce its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25) on Tuesday, April 29. Besides financial results, the company may also announce the subdivision of its shares today.

The stock dropped as much as 1.46% to ₹309.80 on the NSE in the early trade. At the time of writing this article, shares were trading 0.87% lower at ₹9,014 apiece on the NSE.

Q4 Business Update

Bajaj Finance's total customer franchise rose to 101.82 million at the end of the March quarter compared to 83.64 million as of March 31, 2024. In Q4 FY25, the customer franchise increased by 4.70 million, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Its new loans booked surged by 36% to 10.70 million in the March quarter as compared to 7.87 million in the same period last year.

Bajaj Finance’s assets under management (AUM) advanced by 26% to approximately ₹4,16,750 crore at the end of the March 2025 quarter from ₹3,30,615 crore in the year-ago period. In Q4 FY25, AUM grew by approximately ₹18,700 crore on a sequential basis, Bajaj Finance added.

The deposits book stood at approximately ₹71,400 crore as of March 31, 2025, compared to ₹60,151 crore logged in the same period last year, marking a growth of 19%.

Key monitorable in Q4 FY25 results

Analysts tracking the stock note that the management guidance for FY26 will be a key monitorable in the upcoming Q4 FY25 results. "We expect EPS CAGR of nearly 25% over FY25-27E with an average return in equity (RoE) of 21.3% over FY26E/27E," said JM Financial in its report dated April 3, 2025.

Top-level changes

In March 2025, Bajaj Finance announced Anup Kumar Saha as its managing director, replacing Rajeev Jain. The company added that Jain will be re-designated as its vice chairman for three years, effective April 1.

Saha joined Bajaj Finance in 2017.

Morgan Stanley had said earlier that investors would likely view Jain's appointment to another senior role at Bajaj Finance as positive, potentially driving a rally in the stock.

Bajaj Finance to consider stock split

The company announced through an exchange filing that the board will meet on April 29 to consider quarterly results for Q4 FY25. In addition, the board will also consider a special interim dividend. Along with the dividend, the board will also consider a stock split of shares with a face value of ₹2 per share and the issue of bonus shares.

Bajaj Finance stock price trend

Shares of the company have been among the top performers in the NIFTY50 pack. Data show that the stock has rallied around 31% so far in 2025 and over 29% in the past six months. In the past 30 days, the scrip has risen by over 4%.

In comparison, the benchmark NIFTY50 index has gained nearly 2.5% year-to-date (YTD), dropped 0.57% in the past six months, and has jumped 5% in the past one month.
