Atlanta Electricals share price: Recently-listed Atlanta Electricals, which manufactures transformers, posted a 25.31% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹31.14 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

In the year-ago period, the profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹24.85 crore.

The company's revenue from operations advanced 5% to ₹315.11 crore in Q1 FY26 compared to ₹299.91 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA), or operating profit, surged 17.86% to ₹49 crore compared to ₹41 crore a year back. EBITDA margin climbed to 15.48%.

The stock was down 4% to ₹1,001 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 11:25 am, with a market capitalisation of ₹7,689.66 crore.

The scrip is trading 32.75% above the IPO issue price of ₹754 a unit.

Shares of Atlanta Electricals listed at ₹857 apiece, a premium of 13.66% over the IPO issue price on the NSE on September 29.

The Gujarat-based company's ₹687.34 crore initial share sale consisted of a fresh issuance of shares valued at ₹400 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹287.34 crore.

Under the OFS route, Atlanta UHV Transformers LLP, Hemang Harendra Shah, Gitaben Harshadbhai Mehta, Nimish Harendra Shah, Dhaval Harshadbhai Mehta and Jignesh Suryakant Patel sold their stake.

The objectives of the offer were working capital needs, debt repayment and corporate general purposes.

The initial public offering had attracted bids for 46,17,87,742 shares, translating to a 70.63 times subscription compared to 65,38,439 shares on offer, as per NSE data.

The bidding was led by qualified institutional buyers, or QIBs, who subscribed their part 194.92 times. The non-institutional investors' category was booked 54.21 times, and the portion for retail institutional investors got subscribed 10.42 times.

Atlanta Electricals is a leading maker of auto, power and inverter duty transformers in India in terms of production volume as of the financial year 2024-25. It is among the few firms that make transformers up to 200 megavolt-amps with 220 kilovolts voltage.
