Shares of Adani Green Energy jumped 3.64% higher on the NSE at ₹957 apiece after the company announced the commissioning of a new power project in Rajasthan.
Adani Green Energy’s wholly owned step-down subsidiary -- Adani Green Energy Twenty Four has commissioned a solar power project of 250 MW at Bhimsar, Rajasthan. With the commissioning of this plant, the company’s total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 12,841.1 MW.
Earlier in last week, the company commissioned another 250 MW solar project in Kakpada Andhra Pradesh.
An increase of about 184.68% to ₹5947 crore in the total revenue was observed for the quarter ended December 2024. The total revenue was pegged at ₹2089 crore during the similar quarter previous year Profit for the quarter ended December 2024 zoomed to 392.92% from ₹113 crore to ₹557 crore. Operating profit for the quarter ended December 2024 rose to ₹1011 crore as compared to ₹504 crore for the corresponding quarter ended December 2023.
