Adani Enterprises incorporated a new step-down subsidiary for the purpose of supplying all kinds of components, equipment and materials related to Solar and Wind manufacturing including, but not limited to solar panels, inverters, wind turbines, blades and related equipment.

Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani New Industries (ANIL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely Adani New Industries One (ANIOL). The intimation along with the Certificate of Incorporation of the same was received by the company on March 24, 2025.
The said WOS has been incorporated to carry on the business of trading and supplying of all kinds of components, equipment and materials associated with / linked to Solar and Wind manufacturing including but not limited to solar panels, inverters, wind turbines, blades, and related equipment and to provide a range of services.
In the quarter gone by, the company’s consolidated revenue declined 8.79% at ₹22,848 crore as compared to ₹25,050 crore in the previous year's similar quarter. The EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Taxes and Depreciation) declined marginally by 1.74% YoY to ₹3,070 crore. Meanwhile, the bottom line turned negative for the quarter at ₹12 crore on multifold increase in the interest payments.
