Aster DM Healthcare: Shares of Aster DM Healthcare were trading 5% higher at ₹461.85 apiece on the BSE on Wednesday, November 27, as the company announced plans to acquire the remaining 13% stake in Kolhapur-based Aster Aadhar Hospital.

With this acquisition, Aster DM Healthcare will increase its stake in the target company to 100%, up from the current 87%. The transaction will be executed in two tranches, with an expected completion date of December 31.

RailTel Corporation of India: The stock was trading 3.6% higher at ₹406.65 on the BSE as the company has received a work order from the Kakinada Smart City Corporation for SITC and operations and maintenance of the existing communication center of KSCCL, Kakinada, located in Andhra Pradesh, amounting to ₹15.21 crore.

Besides, in a separate development, telecom infrastructure firm RailTel's home internet service arm, RailWire, launched a new service plan bundled with OTT content platforms.

RailTel is the first telco in association with PlayboxTV as an OTT aggregator to onboard Prasar Bharati's newly launched OTT WAVES to its platform, it said.
Adani Group stocks: Shares of all Adani Group firms traded in the green in the morning trade, with Adani Energy climbing nearly 10%, bouncing back from the previous day's fall.

Billionaire Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar have not been charged with any violation of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) in the indictment that authorities filed in the New York court in the alleged bribery case, the Adani Group said on Wednesday.

They have been charged under securities fraud which involves the levy of monetary penalties.

M&M: Shares of auto major Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) rallied as much as 2.8% to ₹3,070 apiece on the NSE on Wednesday, November 27, as the company on Tuesday expanded its electric vehicle portfolio in the country with the introduction of two all-new models.

The Mumbai-based auto major unveiled two ground-up models—BE 6e and XEV 9e—with deliveries expected to commence in February-March next year.

Siemens India: Shares of Siemens India, the Indian unit of Siemens AG, the German multinational technology conglomerate, rallied as much as 5.25% to ₹7,622.95 apiece on the NSE, a day after the company reported its September quarter results. 

The company on Tuesday posted a 45% jump in its net profit to ₹775 crore in the July-September quarter compared to the year-ago period on higher revenues.

The company had reported a net profit of ₹534 crore for the quarter ended September 2024, a company statement said.

NTPC Green Energy: Shares of NTPC Green Energy Ltd, the renewable energy arm of NTPC, were listed with a premium of over 3% against the issue price of ₹108 on Wednesday.

The stock made its debut at ₹111.60, up 3.33% from the issue price on the BSE. Later, it climbed 12.40% to ₹121.40.

On the NSE, it listed at ₹111.50, up 3.24%.

However, later the stock jumped as much as 13.5% to hit a high of ₹122.65. 

Fedbank Financial Services: The stock jumped as much as 20% to ₹113.80 on the BSE. The company said that the BSE has sought clarification with reference to news that appeared on apnnews.com dated November 27, 2024, quoting, "South Indian Bank and Fedbank Financial Services Limited Forge an Alliance for Joint Lending Initiatives."
Ramky Infrastructure: The stock was up 9.7% at ₹610.65 on the BSE. The company operates in the infrastructure space with niche expertise in industrial and urban infra solutions and water and wastewater treatment solutions.
ZF Commercial Vehicle: Shares of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems were trading nearly 13% lower at ₹12,565 apiece on the BSE. The company has inaugurated its state-of-the-art Electronic Stability Control (ESC) test track in Chennai.
Zaggle Prepaid: Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services, the small-cap IT services company, hit a 5% upper circuit limit in the opening deals on Wednesday, November 27, as the firm on Tuesday announced that it has entered into an agreement with Mastercard Technology (MasterCard). 

The stock was frozen at ₹490.85 on the NSE.

Ola Electric: Shares of Ola Electric Mobility rose over 13% on Wednesday after the electric two-wheeler maker forayed into the commercial segment with an e-scooter priced at ₹39,999.

The stock was trading at ₹83.15 apiece, up 12.25%, on the NSE. The market capitalisation of the company stood at ₹36,742.21 crore.

On the BSE, the scrip gained 12.63% to ₹82.75 a unit.
