Vraj Iron and Steel IPO: Allotment status to be finalised today; here's how to check

Vraj Iron and Steel, which received a strong response to its initial public offering (IPO) launched last week, is scheduled to finalise the allotment status today (July 1).

IPO subscribers who have been alloted the shares will find the same reflected in their demat accounts upon listing. For those subscribers who could not be allotted the shares, the company will initiate the refund process on Tuesday, July 2.

Notably, the public issue was subscribed over 119 times, receiving bids for more than 73.05 crore shares against 61.38 lakh shares offered.

Retail investors placed bids for more than 16.85 crore shares against 30.69 lakh shares set aside for the category. The issue was subscribed 54.92 times by retail investors.

Qualified Institutional Buyers(QIBs) bid for more than 28.74 crore shares against the 17.53 lakh shares set aside for the category. The QIB allocation was subscribed more than 163 times.

Vraj Iron and Steel IPO price band, issue size

Vraj Iron and Steel IPO’s price band was fixed at ₹195 to ₹207 per share. The iron and steel products maker’s public issue constituted a fresh issue of shares worth ₹171 crore. This includes an anchor allocation of 24,78,259 shares.
