JM Financial, Axis Capital, HSBC Securities & Capital Markets, IIFL Securities, Kotak Mahindra Capital, SBI Capital Markets and ICICI Securities were the issue's lead book-running manager, while Kfin Technologies was the registrar.
The issue was live for subscription from December 20 to December 24, and the IPO allotment was finalised on December 26. The Ventive Hospitality shares will list on the stock exchanges on December 30.
Ventive Hospitality IPO price range was set at ₹610 to ₹643 per share.
