Upcoming IPOs: At least six initial public offerings will open for subscription next week. They include a mainboard issue of Amagi Media Labs and SME IPOs of Avana Electrosystems, Narmadesh Brass Industries, INDO SMC, GRE Renew Enertech and Armour Security India.

Listings that are scheduled for next week include Bharat Coking Coal, Gabion Technologies, Yajur Fibres, Victory Electric Vehicles and Defrail Technologies.

Amagi Media Labs IPO

Cloud-based SaaS company Amagi Media Labs' initial public offering, with a price band of ₹343 to ₹361 per share, will be open for subscription from January 13 to January 16.

The ₹1,788.62 crore initial share sale is a mix of new equity shares valued at ₹816 crore and an offer for sale of ₹972.62 crore.

Under the OFS, Trudy Holdings, Norwest Venture Partners X - Mauritius, Accel India VI (Mauritius), PI Opportunities Fund-I, PI Opportunities Fund-II, Rajat Garg, Rahul Garg, Kollengode Ramanathan Lakshminarayana, Prem Gupta and Rajesh Ramaiah will offload their stake.

The money generated will be allocated to strengthen the company's technology and cloud infrastructure, meet general corporate expenses and fund inorganic growth through acquisitions.

Amagi Media Labs works with over 45% of the top 50 listed media and entertainment firms in India by revenue.

The software-as-a-solution company connects media firms with audiences using cloud-native technology, allowing the delivery and monetisation of video content across smartphones, smart TVs and digital platforms.

Avana Electrosystems IPO

  • Issue size: ₹35.22 crore (fresh issue + OFS)
  • Price band: ₹56 to ₹59 per share
  • Subscription period: Opens January 12, closes January 14
  • Listing on NSE SME: January 19
  • Investment requirement for individual investor: 4,000 shares

Narmadesh Brass Industries IPO

  • Issue size: ₹44.87 crore (fresh issue + OFS)
  • Price band: ₹515 per share
  • Subscription period: Opens January 12, closes January 15
  • Listing on NSE SME: January 20
  • Investment requirement for individual investor: 480 shares

INDO SMC IPO

  • Issue size: ₹91.95 crore (fresh issue)
  • Price band: ₹141 to ₹149 per share
  • Subscription period: Opens January 13, closes January 15
  • Listing on BSE SME: January 20
  • Investment requirement for individual investor: 2,000 shares

GRE Renew Enertech IPO

  • Issue size: ₹39.56 crore (fresh issue)
  • Price band: ₹100 to ₹105 per share
  • Subscription period: Opens January 13, closes January 16
  • Listing on BSE SME: January 21
  • Investment requirement for individual investor: 2,400 shares

Armour Security India IPO

  • Issue size: ₹26.51 crore (fresh issue)
  • Price band: ₹55 to ₹57 per share
