Unimech Aerospace IPO listing date: Shares of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd, which was a huge hit among investors and amassed robust subscription from all categories, will make their stock market debut on Tuesday, December 31.

The ₹500 crore initial share sale was subscribed a whopping 175.31 times. The book-built issue was live from December 23 to December 26.

The initial public offer got bids for a staggering 82.46 crore shares against 47.04 lakh equity shares on offer, leading to 175.31 times subscription, as per the consolidated data on the NSE website.

The qualified institutional buyers subscribed their portion 317.63 times as they applied for 42.50 crore shares compared to 13.38 lakh shares offered.

The quota for non-institutional investors was booked 263.78 times as they subscribed to 26.47 crore shares against 10.03 lakh shares.

The part for retail individual investors was subscribed 56.74 times. They subscribed to 13.28 crore shares compared to 23.41 lakh shares reserved.

Unimech Aerospace IPO objectives

The ₹500 crore IPO was a mix of a ₹250 crore worth of fresh issue and an offer for sale of ₹250 crore.

The issue proceeds will be used to fund capital expenditures, such as the purchase of equipment and machinery, working capital requirements, investments in material subsidiaries, and corporate general purposes.

Unimech Aerospace shares will be listed on the NSE and the BSE on Tuesday, December 31. The stock will start trading at 10 am.

The company reported a 121.7% jump in its revenue from operations to ₹208.78 crore in the financial year 2023-24, compared to ₹94.17 crore in FY23.

The net profit rose 154.84% to ₹58.13 crore in FY24 as against ₹22.81 crore in the previous fiscal.

In the first half of FY24, Unimech Aerospace reported a revenue and net profit of ₹120.66 crore and ₹38.68 crore, respectively.
