Tunwal E-Motors IPO share allotment status is expected to be finalised on July 19, after the NSE SME public offer saw strong demand during the subscription period. The initial public offer of Tunwal E-Motors was open for subscription from July 15 to July 18.
The NSE SME issue was booked nearly 12.17 times on the last day of bidding as investors applied for over 22.67 crore shares of Tunwal E-Motors against the 1.86 crore shares on offer.
The non-institutional investors’ category was booked 7.33 times, while the retail portion was subscribed 16.64 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) placed bids for 34.94 lakh shares.
Tunwal E-Motors’ shares will be listed on the NSE SME platform. The tentative listing date for the issue has been fixed as July 23.
Ahead of the listing, the investors are now awaiting the share allotment status of the public issue. The applicants, who participated in the IPO, can check the share allotment status using the websites of NSE and the registrar Skyline Financial Services Pvt Ltd.
Tunwal E-Motors IPO’s fixed price issue was launched at an issue price of ₹59 per share per share last week on Monday, July 15. The NSE SME issue was valued at ₹115.64 crore. The fixed price issue consisted of a fresh issue of 138.5 lakh shares aggregating to ₹81.72 crore and an offer for sale component of 57.5 lakh shares aggregating to ₹33.93 crore.
Tunwal E-Motors was incorporated in December 2018. The company is an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing company that specialises in designing, developing, manufacturing, and distributing electric two-wheelers. The company has a presence in 19 states through a network of more than 256 dealers. As of March 31, 2024, the company had 64 permanent employees.
