SUMMARY

The ₹251.88 crore Technocraft Ventures IPO consisted of a fresh issuance of up to 95.05 lakh shares worth ₹201.51 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of up to 23.76 lakh shares valued at ₹50.37 crore by promoter Kartikey Constructions.

The initial public offering of infrastructure company Technocraft Ventures will end on Tuesday, August 11. The subscription details for Day 3 will be available post 10 am.

As of Day 2, the issue was subscribed 4.73 times, with bids for 3,93,45,600 shares compared to 83,17,190 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.

The non-institutional investors (NIIs) portion secured 6.47 times subscription, while the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) category was booked 4.50 times. The quota for retail individual investors was subscribed 4.12 times.

The ₹251.88 crore IPO consisted of a fresh issuance of up to 95.05 lakh shares worth ₹201.51 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of up to 23.76 lakh shares valued at ₹50.37 crore by promoter Kartikey Constructions.

Of the funds raised, ₹150 crore will be utilised for working capital requirements, while the remaining will be used for general corporate purposes and offer-related expenses.

Technocraft Ventures, incorporated in 1998, is an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firm involved in public infrastructure projects.

Its operations span roads and highways, water and wastewater infrastructure, urban infrastructure, electrical transmission, and operation and maintenance of public utilities.

Technocraft Ventures IPO: Allotment and listing date

The basis of allotment of Technocraft Ventures will be finalised on Wednesday, August 12. Shares of the company will be listed on the NSE and the BSE on Friday, August 14.
