Other offerings that will reportedly launch this month include Tonbo Imaging India, SFC Environmental Technologies and Paras Healthcare.

Shares of the four companies will be listed on the NSE and the BSE. No IPO has been officially announced yet. The companies have not filed their final issue papers or red herring prospectuses.

Jio Platforms IPO

The initial share sale of Jio Platforms is likely to open on October 21 and conclude on October 23, news agency PTI reported, quoting its sources. The company's shares are expected to make a market debut on October 28.

Jio Platforms' IPO size is expected to be around ₹37,700 crore at a valuation of above ₹12 lakh crore.

"The issue will open for subscription from October 21 to October 23 after completion of the anchor round on October 19. The shares are expected to get listed on October 28 for public trading," a source told PTI.

According to its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP), the digital services major plans to issue up to 27 crore new shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The fresh issue proceeds will be used to clear the debt of its material subsidiary, Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd (RJIL), and for corporate general purposes.

Jio Platforms handles Reliance Group's digital businesses, including its telecommunications operations. The company's telecom arm RJIL holds a market share of 39.29% in mobile connections, serving 506 million customers, and a 32.89% share in fixed-line connections, with 157.9 million customers.

Paras Healthcare IPO

Clinical speciality-led hospital platform Paras Healthcare's proposed IPO is a mix of a fresh issuance of ₹500 crore and an OFS of ₹1,300 crore by the promoter and existing investors.

The net proceeds will be used to clear the debt, invest in the wholly owned subsidiary PMHPL for repayment of borrowings and for general corporate purposes.

The company provides tertiary and quaternary healthcare services via a network of eight hospitals with an aggregate bed capacity of 2,211 beds as of March 2026 across North India, Bihar and Jharkhand. It focuses on cardiac sciences, neurosciences, gastro sciences, oncology sciences, orthopaedics and sports injury and renal sciences.

Tonbo Imaging India IPO

The proposed public issue of global defence electronics original equipment manufacturer Tonbo Imaging India is only an OFS of 18,085,246 shares by its promoters and existing investors.

Since there is no fresh issuance of shares, the company will not get any proceeds from the IPO. The money raised will go to selling shareholders.

SFC Environmental Technologies IPO

The proposed IPO of SFC Environmental Technologies, an environmental technology company, is a combination of a fresh issuance of ₹150 crore and an OFS of 12,307,500 shares.

The objectives of the offer include repayment of certain outstanding borrowings of the company and its wholly owned unit, Vasudha Waste Treatment, working capital needs and general corporate purposes.
