Shanti Gold International share price: Shares of jewellery maker Shanti Gold International made a tepid debut, listing at ₹227.55 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday, August 1, 2025. This reflects a premium of 14.35% over the IPO issue price of ₹199.

On the BSE, the stock started trading at ₹229.10, an increase of 15.13% from the issue price.

Shanti Gold share price: Here's how much investors earned per lot

The lot size for an application was 75 shares. Investors who secured the Shanti Gold IPO allotment made ₹17,066.25 per lot.

The initial share sale was subscribed 81.17 times during the bidding period, with applications for 1,02,81,98,775 shares compared to 1,26,67,200 shares on offer, as per the consolidated NSE data.

The qualified institutional buyers, or QIBs, category mobilised 117.33 times the subscription, as they bid for 42,46,33,800 shares against 36,19,200 shares on offer.

The non-institutional investors (NIIs) portion was booked 151.48 times. They submitted applications for 41,11,86,975 shares compared to 27,14,400 shares reserved.

The retail investors part got 30.37 times the subscription, as they applied to 19,23,78,000 shares against 63,33,600 shares offered.

The ₹360-crore initial public offering, with a price band of ₹189-₹199 per share, was a fresh issuance of 1.81 crore shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component.

The money raised will be used for debt repayment, working capital needs, capital expenditure requirements to set up the proposed Jaipur facility, and general corporate purposes.

Before the IPO, Shanti Gold International raised ₹108.03 crore in the anchor round from investors such as Societe Generale, Rajasthan Global Securities, Wealthwave Capital Fund, J4S Venture Fund - I, Astorne Capital VCC Arven, Meru Investment Fund PCC-Cell 1, and Shine Star Build Cap Pvt Ltd, among others.
