The stock has descended 27.19% to ₹766.60 from the issue price of ₹1,053 per equity share. It was listed at a discount of 8.83% on March 2.
The firm aimed to raise ₹3,100 crore through a fresh issuance of ₹1,200 crore and an OFS component of ₹1,900 crore by promoters and existing investors.
The issue was booked 94%, with bids for 2,05,69,556 equity shares compared to 2,18,23,329 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, founded in 2010, specialises in net zero emissions and decarbonisation solutions for commercial and industrial customers. Its offerings include renewable power supply services and carbon credit solutions.
Shares of diamond jewellery maker PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery settled at ₹336 apiece on the National Stock Exchange on March 30, the last trading day this month, as March 31 is a market holiday on the occasion of Shri Mahavir Jayanti. It is down 12.95%, compared to the issue price of ₹386. The stock had debuted a discount of 2.8% on March 4.
The initial public offering aimed to raise ₹379.52 crore via exclusively a fresh issuance of more than 98 lakh shares. The IPO was subscribed 1.3 times.
PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery, a retail jewellery brand, focuses on the sale of diamond and studded jewellery. Its products are sold under the 'Reva' brand name. Its product portfolio includes pendants, nose pins, rings, bracelets, bangles, earrings, mangalsutras, necklaces and chains.
Shares of Central Mine Planning & Design Institute, a subsidiary of state-owned Coal India Ltd, on Monday listed with a discount of 6.98% at ₹160 per unit against the issue price of ₹172 on March 30. It settled at ₹153 apiece, down 11.05% from the issue price.
The issue was exclusively an OFS of 10.71 crore shares, worth ₹1,842.12 crore, by Coal India, with no fresh issue component.
CMPDIL offers consultancy and support services for the full spectrum of coal and mineral exploration, apart from mine planning and design services.
Its services also include infrastructure engineering, geomatics, specialised technology services, environmental management and management systems, primarily for the coal industry and other minerals.
