The ₹3,480 crore initial public offering was booked 1.81 times. It got bids for 33,62,27,044 shares as against 18,62,04,143 shares on offer, according to the data on stock exchanges.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares totalling ₹3,100 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹380 crore by promoters Alakh Pandey and Prateek Boob. It had a price band of ₹103 to ₹109 per share.

The fresh issue proceeds will be utilised to fuel the firm's expansion and growth initiatives.

PhysicsWallah is a leading education technology company with a strong presence across both offline and online channels. It prepares students for various competitive exams such as NEET, JEE, government examinations and foundation courses. For the three months ended June 2025 and FY25, the company had 2.10 million and 4.13 million unique transactive users in online channels.
