Mamata Machinery IPO listing date: Shares of Mamata Machinery, a packaging solutions provider, will make their stock market debut on Friday, December 27.
The ₹179.39 crore initial share sale was subscribed a staggering 194.95 times. The mainboard issue was open for public subscription from December 19 to December 23.

The Gujarat-based company's offer was entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 73.82 lakh equity shares, aggregating to ₹179.38 crore. The price range was set at ₹230 to ₹243 per unit.
As it was exclusively an OFS, the proceeds from the IPO will go to the selling shareholders.
Mamata Machinery shares will be listed on the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday, December 27. The stock will begin trading at 10 am.

Mamata Machinery manufactures packaging and pouch-making machines under the 'Vega' and 'Win' brand names. The company offers end-to-end manufacturing solutions for the packaging industry, accommodating a wide range of applications in FMCG, food, garment and e-commerce packaging.
The company has supplied more than 4,500 machines to 75 countries globally. It has two manufacturing facilities- one in Ahmedabad, India and another in Florida, USA.
