The Krystal Integrated Services IPO, which had set a price band of ₹680 to ₹715, was subscribed 13.2 times during the bidding period from March 14 to March 18. The portion reserved for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was booked 43.9 times the quota allotted, qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) bid 7.3 times the reserved portion, and retail investors picked 3.3 times the part set aside for them.

The ₹300.13 crore IPO comprised a fresh issuance of shares worth ₹175 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 1,750,000 lakh shares. The company plans to use the funds from the IPO to repay certain borrowings and meet working capital requirements.
