Jungle Camps India IPO listing on the BSE SME will likely occur on Tuesday, December 17.

Jungle Camps India IPO: The BSE SME initial public offering (IPO) of Jungle Camps India, which provides wildlife and conservation-focused lodges, will open for subscription on Tuesday, December 10 and close on Thursday, December 12. The price band has been fixed at ₹68-₹72 per share.

According to its red herring prospectus, the initial share sale is a completely new offering of 40.86 lakh equity shares worth ₹29.42 crore. There is no offer-for-sale component.

The company will use IPO proceeds to the tune of ₹18.5 crore for project developments at Sanjay Dubri National Park (Madhya Pradesh) and Mathura Hotel Project (Uttar Pradesh) and ₹3.5 crore for renovating the existing resort at Madhya Pradesh's Pench National Park. A portion will also be used for general corporate purposes.

Jungle Camps India IPO: Lot size

An investor can bid for a minimum of one lot of 1,600 shares, requiring an investment of ₹115,200. For high-net-worth investors, the minimum investment is two lots worth ₹230,400.

The company has reserved 50% of the issue size for qualified institutional buyers, 35% for retail investors and the remaining 15% for non-institutional investors.

Jungle Camps India IPO: Allotment and listing date

After the subscription period ends on December 12, the allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on Friday, December 13. The listing on the BSE SME will likely take place on Tuesday, December 17.

Founded in 2002, Jungle Camps India operates wildlife camps and hotels, motels, inns, guest houses, holiday homes, health clubs, catering houses and restaurants.

Presently, the company and its subsidiary own 87 accommodation rooms, including cottages, villas, deluxe rooms, safari tents, restaurants, bars, banquet halls, meeting rooms, swimming pools, and sas.

The book-running lead manager for the issue is Khambatta Securities Ltd, while Skyline Financial Services Pvt Ltd is the registrar.
