IPOs this week: The week starting on May 6 will be busy as a total of nine initial public offerings will be open for subscription, including three from the mainboard segment. Collectively, these companies are going to raise more than ₹6,500 crore.
Aadhar Housing Finance, which is backed by investment management company Blackstone Group, will launch its ₹3,000 crore IPO on May 8. The price band for the issue, which will be live till May 10, has been set at ₹300-₹315 per equity share. The IPO is a mix of fresh issuance of shares worth ₹1,000 crore and an OFS component of ₹2,000 crore.
In addition to the three mainboard IPOs, six public offers will open for subscription on SME platforms of NSE and BSE.
Winsol Engineers Ltd will launch its IPO on May 6 on NSE SME platform to raise ₹23.36 crore. The offer, a fresh issue of 31.15 lakh shares, will close on May 8. The price band is fixed at ₹71 to ₹75 per share. The minimum lot size is 1600 shares.
Refractory Shapes Ltd will launch its public offer on May 6 on NSE SME platform to raise around ₹18.60 crore. The offer closes on May 8. Refractory Shapes IPO comprises a fresh issue of 60 lakh shares. The price band is ₹27 to ₹31 per share. The minimum lot size is 4000 shares.
Finelistings Technologies Limited will launch its IPO on May 7, Tuesday on BSE SME platform to raise around ₹13.5 crore. The IPO will close for subscription on May 9. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 11 lakh shares. The company has fixed the price at ₹123 per share. The minimum lot size is 1,000 shares.
Silkflex Polymers (India) Limited public offer will open on May 7 on NSE SME platform to raise ₹18.11 crore. The issue will close on May 10. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 34.82 lakh shares. The IPO price has been fixed at ₹52 per share. The minimum lot size is 2,000 shares.
TGIF Agribusiness Limited IPO will open for subscription on BSE SME platform on May 8 to raise ₹6.39 crore. The issue closes on May 10. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 6.88 lakh shares. The IPO price is ₹93 per share and the minimum lot size is 1,200 shares.
Energy-Mission Machineries (India) will launch its IPO on May 9 on NSE SME platform to raise around ₹41.15 crore. The issue will close on May 13, 2024. The public offer comprises a fresh issue of 29.82 lakh shares. The company has fixed the IPO price at ₹131 to ₹138 per share. The minimum lot is 1,000 shares.
Four IPOs, all belonging to the SME segment, will be listed this week. Three companies, Sai Swami Metals & Alloys, Storage Technologies and Automation, and Amkay Products, will make their debut on the BSE SME on May 8. Meanwhile, Slone Infosystems' IPO shares will be listed on the NSE Emerge on May 10.
