Indo Farm Equipment IPO allotment: The allotment status of tractor manufacturer Indo Farm Equipment will be finalised on Friday, January 3, 2025.
The ₹260.15 crore book-built issue received a total subscription of 229.68 times. It got bids for 1,94,53,89,519 shares against 84,70,000 shares on offer, according to the consolidated data on the NSE.
Non-institutional investors led the demand, as their portion was subscribed a whopping 503.83 times. They received bids for 91,44,44,304 shares against 18,15,000 shares on offer.
The qualified institutional buyers' category got 242.40 times subscription, as they applied for 58,65,97,014 equity shares compared to 24,20,000 shares on offer.
The retail portion was booked 104.92 times, as they bid for 58,65,97,014 shares against 24,20,000 shares reserved.

Indo Farm Equipment shares will debut in the secondary market on Tuesday, January 7. The stock will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE at 10 am.
The initial shares sale is a fresh issue of 86 lakh shares and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 35 lakh shares by promoter Ranbir Singh Khadwalia. The issue size is ₹260.15 crore. The price band was fixed at ₹204 to ₹215 per share. The lot size was 69 shares, amounting to ₹14,835.
The money raised will be used to expand the manufacturing capacity of the pick-and-carry crane business, clear debt, invest in NBFC subsidiary Barota Finance, and for corporate general purposes.
Indo Farm Equipment manufactures pick-and-carry cranes, tractors, and other farm equipment. Its tractors range from 16 horsepower (HP) to 110 HP, and its pick-and-carry cranes range from 9 tons to 30 tons.
The company's 93% of sales come from the domestic market, while 7% come from export sales. It has a production capacity of around 12,000 tractors and 1,280 pick & carry per year. The company intends to expand crane manufacturing capacity to 3,600 units annually.
