GSP Crop Science IPO: Shares of agrochemical company GSP Crop Science Ltd debuted at ₹328 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday, March 24.

This reflects a premium of 2.50% compared to the IPO issue price of ₹320 per unit.

On the BSE, the stock started trading at ₹332.30, up 3.84% from the issue price.

GSP Crop Science IPO: Here's how much investors made per lot

A lot consisted of 46 shares. Investors who received the GSP Crop Science IPO allotment made ₹15,744 per share.

The ₹400 crore initial public offering was a combination of new equity shares valued at ₹240 crore and an offer for sale of ₹160 crore by promoters Bhavesh Vrajmohan Shah, Vilasben Vrajmohan Shah and Kappa Trust.

The funds generated are intended for debt clearance and general corporate purposes.

The IPO was subscribed 1.61 times, as it mobilised bids for 1,43,61,844 shares compared to 89,47,367 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.

Before the IPO, the company raised ₹120 crore in the anchor round from investors including Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC-Elite Capital Fund, Shine Star Build Cap Pvt Ltd and Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC-Citadel Capital Fund.

GSP Crop Science, a research-oriented agrochemical company, develops and manufactures fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, and plant growth regulators in India.

The company's profit after tax stood at ₹83.44 crore in the financial year 2024-25 compared to ₹61.33 crore in the fiscal year 2024. It reported revenue from operations of ₹1,287.38 crore in the year ended March 31, 2025, as against ₹1,152.16 crore in FY24.
