Anand Rathi Share IPO Listing: Shares of Anand Rathi Group's broking unit, Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd, listed at ₹432 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday, September 30. This reflects a premium of 4.35% over the issue price of ₹414 per share.

Anand Rathi Share IPO: Here's how much investors made per lot

A lot included 36 shares. Investors who received the Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers IPO allotment made ₹15,552 per lot.

The ₹745 crore IPO was entirely a fresh issuance of 1.80 crore equity shares with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The price band was set at ₹393 to ₹414 per share.

Funds worth ₹550 crore would be allocated for long-term working capital requirements, and the remainder for general corporate purposes.

The initial share sale was booked 20.66 times. The investors applied for 27,60,82,128 shares as against 1,33,63,342 shares reserved for them, according to the data available on the NSE and the BSE websites.

The category meant for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) secured a 43.80 times subscription, while the quota for non-institutional investors, or NIIs, got a 28.60 times subscription. The retail individual investors' portion attracted 4.78 times subscription.

Before the IPO, the company collected ₹220.5 crore from anchor investors, including HDFC Mutual Fund (MF), Kotak MF, Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, Quant MF, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company and SBI Life Insurance Company. The broker allocated 53.26 lakh shares to 15 funds at ₹414 apiece.
