ACME Solar Holdings IPO: The initial public offering of renewable energy company ACME Solar Holdings Ltd opened for public subscription on Wednesday, November 6. The issue, with a price range of ₹275 to ₹289 per share, will conclude on November 8.

The Gurugram-based firm's ₹2,900 crore issue is a new offering of shares aggregating to ₹2,395 crore and an offer-for-sale worth ₹505 crore.

The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to pay off debt and for general corporate purposes.

On Tuesday, ACME Solar collected ₹1,300.5 crore from anchor investors, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Societe Generale, BNP Paribas Funds, HSBC Global, CLSA Global, Eastspring Investments, Prudential Hong Kong, Oaks Emerging Umbrella Funds Plc, Great Eastern Life, Lion Global, Copthall Mauritius, Citigroup, Susquehanna Pacific and Integrated Core Strategies.

HDFC Mutual Fund (MF), Mirae Asset, Nippon Life India, Tata MF, ICICI Prudential MF, SBI Life Insurance, Bandhan MF, Manulife, ICICI Prudential Life, Invesco India, SBI General Insurance, Baroda BNP Paribas, Abakkus Diversified Alpha Fund, Edelweiss Life and Kotak Mahindra Life also participated in the anchor round.

ACME Solar Holdings IPO: Lot size

Investors can apply for at least one lot size consisting of 51 shares worth ₹14,025.

The company has set aside 75% of the issue size for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors (NIIs) and 10% for retail investors.
