On Tuesday, ACME Solar collected ₹1,300.5 crore from anchor investors, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Societe Generale, BNP Paribas Funds, HSBC Global, CLSA Global, Eastspring Investments, Prudential Hong Kong, Oaks Emerging Umbrella Funds Plc, Great Eastern Life, Lion Global, Copthall Mauritius, Citigroup, Susquehanna Pacific and Integrated Core Strategies.
HDFC Mutual Fund (MF), Mirae Asset, Nippon Life India, Tata MF, ICICI Prudential MF, SBI Life Insurance, Bandhan MF, Manulife, ICICI Prudential Life, Invesco India, SBI General Insurance, Baroda BNP Paribas, Abakkus Diversified Alpha Fund, Edelweiss Life and Kotak Mahindra Life also participated in the anchor round.
Investors can apply for at least one lot size consisting of 51 shares worth ₹14,025.
The company has set aside 75% of the issue size for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors (NIIs) and 10% for retail investors.
ACME Solar Holdings develops, builds, owns, operates, and maintains renewable energy projects by utilising its in-house engineering, procurement, and construction division and operation and maintenance team. The company earns revenue by selling electricity to diverse off-takers.
