TVS Motor Company on Wednesday, January 28, reported an increase of 49% in its consolidated net profit at ₹841 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2025, as compared to ₹566 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Its revenue from operations stood at ₹14,756 crore in Q3 FY26 as against ₹11,035 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year, registering a growth of 34% year-on-year (YoY).

The company’s operating profit, also known as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA), also jumped 37.2% to ₹2,271 crore as compared to ₹1,654 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

TVS Motor’s EBITDA margin in the reporting quarter improved to 15.3% YoY in contrast to 14.9% in Q3 FY25.

“TVS Motor registers highest ever sales, revenue and profits in Q3 FY26,” the company said in a statement.

For the nine months ended December 2025, the operating revenue grew by 29% to ₹34,463 crore as against ₹26,701 crore for the nine months ended December 2024. The operating EBITDA advanced 41% to ₹4,406 crore for nine months. Its profit after tax (PAT) for the nine months ended December 2025 is at ₹2,625 crore.

The company in a statement said its overall two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales, including international business, grew by 27%, registering the highest ever quarterly sales of 15.44 lakh units in the quarter ended December 2025 as against 12.12 lakh units in the quarter ended December 2024.

Motorcycle sales of the firm grew by 31%, registering 7.26 lakh units in the quarter ended December 2025 as against 5.56 lakh units in the quarter ended December 2024. Scooter sales for Q3 FY26 grew 25%, registering 6.14 lakh units as against the sales of 4.93 lakh units in Q3 FY25. The two-wheeler sales in international business grew by 35% to 3.66 lakh units YoY as compared to 2.72 lakh units in the quarter ended December 2024.

Total three-wheeler sales for the quarter under review grew by 106% to 0.60 lakh units as against 0.29 lakh units during the third quarter of 2024-25.

During the quarter under review, TVS Motor’s EV sales grew by 40%, achieving the highest ever quarterly sales of 1.06 lakh units in the quarter ended December 2025 as against 0.76 lakh units in Q3 FY25.

Following the earnings, TVS Motor shares gained 3.41% on the National Stock Exchange, trading at ₹3,689.70 apiece.
