Options market expects Titan to move around ±4.7% in either direction by the November 23 expiry
Titan Company will announce its September quarter results on November 5, 2026 after market hours. The company is expected to report strong quarterly numbers, with double-digit growth in revenue and net profit driven by its jewellery business.
According to its quarterly business update, Titan expects its jewellery segment revenue to grow 21% YoY, driven by healthy consumer demand. The Tata Group company added 78 stores during the quarter, taking its total retail network to 3,758 stores. Its other businesses, watches and eyecare, are expected to grow 30% and 28% YoY.
According to experts, Titan’s Q2FY27 revenue may rise 17% to 20% YoY to between ₹21,950 crore and ₹22,385 crore. That would also be a modest 3% to 5% rise over the previous quarter. Titan reported revenue of ₹18,725 crore in Q2FY26 and ₹21,356 crore in the previous quarter.
Net profit is projected to grow 23% to 26% YoY to between ₹1,380 crore and ₹1,410 crore. The company’s net profit stood at ₹1,120 crore a year ago and ₹1,777 crore in Q1FY27.
During the results announcement, investors will watch management commentary on the demand outlook amid high gold prices. Key metrics such as same-store sales growth (SSSG), along with revenue growth and margins across segments, will also be closely tracked.
Ahead of the Q2 results, Titan shares closed 4.2% higher at ₹4,754 on Wednesday, November 4. So far this year, the stock has gained over 17%, supported by growth in its core jewellery business.
Titan goes into its Q2 results with strong momentum. The stock moved back above both its 20-day and 50-day moving averages in a single session. That move came after a sharp fall from around ₹5,190 in late August to ₹4,209 in late October. Since that low, Titan has recovered about 13% in two weeks.
The ₹4,990 to ₹5,000 zone capped the stock in September, and a close above it would confirm that the recovery has room to run towards the August high near ₹5,190. On the downside, ₹4,505, the level the stock broke out from on Wednesday, is the first support to watch. A fall back below it would weaken the recovery.

The options market expects Titan to move around ±4.7% in either direction by the November 23 expiry, which puts the expected range at roughly ₹4,520 to ₹4,965. The range fits neatly between the chart’s two key levels: the ₹4,505 breakout support below and the ₹4,990 resistance above.
Titan’s first-day reaction to results is usually mild, with the move staying within 3% in 9 of the last 12 quarters. Over 10 days, Titan has moved more than 4.7% in half of the last 12 quarters.

If you expect the stock to stay in a range a short straddle could be considered. The strategy makes profit if Titan stays within roughly ±4.7% until the November expiry. However, the stock has just made a sharp move, and its sharpest past reactions have been falls of 6% to 7%. Strict stop-losses are important, and traders can limit the risk by buying a call and a put further away from the current price.

If you expect a sharp move after the results a long straddle could be considered. The strategy makes profit if Titan moves beyond ±4.7%. Titan has done that within 10 days of its results in half of the last 12 quarters. However, option premiums usually fall once the results are out, so the move needs to come early for this trade to work.
