"We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, inter alia to: i. approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the financial year ending March 31, 2026; ii. approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the financial year ending March 31, 2026," TCS said in an exchange filing.

TCS Board will also recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26, for the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM).

"Further, in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for trading in the company's securities shall remain closed from Tuesday, March 24, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours from the said financial results are made public," it added.

TCS Q4 results preview

Tata Consultancy Services is likely to post low single-digit revenue growth of 2% to 4% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and 7% to 8% YoY in Q4 FY26. The revenue is projected to remain between ₹69,100 and ₹69,850 crore. The company had posted a revenue of ₹67,087 crore in Q3 FY26 and ₹64,479 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The net profit may see a 4% to 5% rise sequentially and 12% to 13% YoY in the range of ₹13,790 to ₹13,910 crore. TCS had reported a profit after tax of ₹12,224 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹13,208 crore in the latest December quarter.
