Q4 Results This Week: TCS, Anand Rathi Wealth, GM Breweries, others to post earnings; check list

Non-deposit-taking NBFC Jindal Leasefin, engineering firm Sterling Powergensys, textile player Alka India, Infrastructure as a Service (ITaaS) company Ikoma Technologies, commodities trading solutions provider Globe Commercials, and lead storage batteries seller PAE Ltd will also declare their financial results for the fourth quarter of FY26 this week.

The Board of Directors of TCS will meet on Thursday, April 9, to approve and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated earnings for Q4 FY26.

The board will also "recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting," it said in an exchange filing.

Anand Rathi Wealth's board meeting will also take place on August 6 to release the latest set of numbers for the three-month period ending March 2026, apart from recommending a final dividend.

"Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the said financial results are made public," the firm said.

Meanwhile, mutual fund manager ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company will hold a board meeting on April 13 to declare fourth-quarter earnings.
