Q4 results this week: Several companies will declare their latest set of data for the quarter ended March 2026 this week. Cement manufacturer UltraTech Cement, PepsiCo bottler Varun Beverages, automaker Maruti Suzuki India, Zomato operator Eternal, thermal power producer Adani Power, NBFC Bajaj Finance, mining major Vedanta, FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever and private banker Kotak Mahindra Bank.

The board of directors of Maruti Suzuki India will meet on April 28 to consider and approve financial results for the January-March quarter of FY26 and recommend a dividend, if any.

Post earnings, the company will hold an earnings call (group conference call) for the analysts and investors for Q4 FY26 at 5:45 pm on Tuesday.

Hindustan Unilever will declare its Q4 report card and recommend payment of the final dividend, if any, for FY26 on April 30. "A presentation to analysts / investors on the financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 shall be made on Thursday, 30th April, 2026, after the board meeting," it added.
