Q4 Results Live Updates: CONCOR's board of directors declared a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share with a face value of ₹5 each for FY26.

Q4 Results Live Updates: Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) posted a consolidated net profit of ₹262.65 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2026, down by 12.39% YoY from ₹299.79 crore in the year-ago period.

Its revenue from operations declined 1.07% YoY to ₹2,263.30 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹2,287.83 crore in Q4 FY25.

"The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of final dividend by the shareholders at the 41st Annual General Meeting," it said.

Its revenue from operations increased 15.56% YoY to ₹3,536 crore for the reporting quarter, as against ₹3,060 crore in Q4 FY25.
