Q4 results: An array of companies will declare their latest set of financials for the January-March quarter of the fiscal year 2026 on Thursday, April 30. They include fast-moving consumer goods major Hindustan Unilever Ltd, integrated ports and logistics company Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, Adani Group's flagship firm Adani Enterprises, shipyard Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, diversified NBFC Bajaj Finserv, financing company Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company and telecommunications infrastructure firm Indus Towers.

On Wednesday, Waaree Energies reported a 71.44% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹1,061.1 crore for the quarter ended March 2026, compared to ₹618.91 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Revenue from operations advanced 111.79% to ₹8,480.25 crore in the reporting quarter as against ₹4,003.93 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
