These include defence PSU Bharat Heavy Electricals, Adani Group firm Ambuja Cement, stainless steel manufacturer Jindal Stainless, real estate developer Godrej Properties, engineering and digital services Tata Technologies, among others.

Tata Chemicals, Wockhardt, Ather Energy, Manappuram Finance, Exide Industries, Petronet LNG, IIFL Capital Services, KEI Industries, Sobha, and others will also release their fourth-quarter earnings on May 4.

Results this week

May 5: Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), Punjab National Bank (PNB), Hero Motocorp, Marico, SRF, Coforge, United Breweries, Emcure Pharmaceuticals, among 64 others, are set to declare their March quarter results on Tuesday.
May 6: Bajaj Auto, Polycab India, Godrej Consumer Products, Meesho, One 97 Communications, and 47 others will release their Q4 FY26 earnings on Wednesday.
May 7: On Thursday, BSE, Pidilite Industries, Bharat Forge, Lupin, Dabur India, Biocon, MRF, and ACME Solar Holdings are among the 61 companies set to declare their quarterly results.
May 8: Companies declaring their results on Friday include Titan Company, ABB India, Bank of Baroda, MCX, Swiggy, Urban Company, and 31 other firms.

Earnings last week

Eternal: Zomato and Blinkit parent Eternal reported a 346.15% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit to ₹174 crore in the March quarter. The company had recorded a net profit of ₹39 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

Its revenue from operations increased 196.45% YoY to ₹17,292 crore during the quarter under review from ₹5,833 crore a year earlier.

Waaree Energies: It posted a 71.44% YoY increase in its consolidated profit after tax to ₹1,061.1 crore for the quarter ended March 2026, up from ₹618.91 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The company’s revenue from operations climbed 111.79% to ₹8,480.25 crore in the quarter under review, as against ₹4,003.93 crore a year back.

The Board of Waaree recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share of ₹10 each at the rate of 20% for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.

Adani Enterprises: Adani Enterprises posted a consolidated net loss of ₹166.79 crore in the latest March quarter, compared to a net profit of ₹4,014.90 crore a year back.

The bottom line was impacted by depreciation on recently commissioned assets of Navi Mumbai and the Copper plant, according to a regulatory filing.

Its revenue from operations surged 20.29% to ₹32,439.31 crore in Q4 FY26 as against ₹26,965.86 crore in the year-ago period.

It also recommended a dividend of ₹1.30 (at 130%) per share of face value of ₹1 each fully paid up for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval by shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The record date is June 12.
