On Tuesday, Adani Enterprises, the flagship company of Adani Group, recorded an 84% jump in consolidated net profit to ₹3,199 crore in Q2 FY26, mainly because of a one-time exceptional income, without which the core earnings dipped on weakness in its mainstay coal trading division. In the year-ago period, the net profit stood at ₹1,742 crore.

The company's revenue from operations slid 6% to ₹21,249 crore in the quarter under review, compared to ₹22,608 crore in the year-ago period.
