Q1 results season is here, and many listed companies are set to announce their earnings for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The key companies that will declare their Q1 report cards include information technology bellwether Tata Consultancy Services, DMart operator Avenue Supermarts, energy corporation Siemens Energy India, and financial services provider Aditya Birla Money, among others.
In an exchange filing, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said that its board will meet on Thursday, July 10, to approve standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

"The interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose," the IT firm said.

Q1 results this week: check the day-wise list

  • July 7, 2025: Siemens Energy India, Arihant Capital Markets, Umiya Tubes, Nectar Lifesciences, Take Solutions, Dipna Pharmachem, Mega Nirman and Industries and Esaar (India).
  • July 8: Umiya Buildcon, Lake Shore Realty, SER Industries, Delta Industrial Resources and 5Paisa Capital.
  • July 9: Bodhtree Consulting, Atishay, Burnpur Cement, GACM Technologies, Hi-Klass Trading and Investment, Gujarat Hotels, Supreme Infrastructure India, and Jattashankar Industries.
  • July 10: TCS, Tata Elxsi, Silverline Technologies, Stellant Securities, International Travel House, GTPL Hathway, Eimco Elecon, Anand Rathi Wealth and ACE Edutrend.
  • July 11: Avenue Supermarts, Swarna Securities, Aditya Birla Money, Superhouse, Astonea Labs, Panyam Cements & Mineral Industries, Nath Bio-Genes, Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing, Amal, and Elecon Engineering Company.

Meanwhile, benchmark indices NIFTY and SENSEX declined on Monday amid caution ahead of the July 9 US tariff deadline and foreign fund outflows.

SENSEX fell 676 points to 83,366 at 12:04 pm, while the NIFTY dipped 0.08% to 25,440.

From the NIFTY50 firms, Tech Mahindra, Eternal, BEL, Hindalco, UltraTech Cement, Maruti, HCLTech, ONGC and ICICI Bank were among the laggards.

Hindustan Unilever Tata Consumer Products, Jio Financial Services, ITC, NTPC and Power Grid were the top gainers.
