Q1 results: August 11, Monday, will see several companies release their latest set of numbers for the first quarter of the current fiscal year (Q1 FY26). They include building materials and equipment company Astral, hydroelectric power generation and transmission firm SJVN, drug maker Ipca Laboratories, metro car manufacturer BEML, footwear giant Bata India, investment banking firm JM Financial, quick-service restaurant operator Travel Food Services, and real estate developer Embassy Developments.

On Friday, air-conditioner maker Voltas had recorded a 58% decline in its consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹140.61 crore in Q1 FY26 as unseasonal rains and early monsoon impacted business. In the year-ago period, it had posted a profit of ₹335 crore.
Its revenue from operations declined 20.22% to ₹3,912.29 crore in the quarter under review as against 4,903.91 crore in Q1 FY25.
