A slew of companies will declare their earnings for the June quarter of the current fiscal year (Q1 FY27) on Thursday, July 30. They include NBFC Bajaj Finance, automaker Mahindra and Mahindra, steel producer Tata Steel, pharma player Torrent Pharmaceuticals, aluminium producer Vedanta Aluminium Metal, automobile manufacturer Hyundai Motor India, Indian Railways' financial arm Indian Railway Finance Corporation, pharmaceutical firm Mankind Pharma, on-demand convenience platform Swiggy, and mining and metals company Vedanta.

On Wednesday, Waaree Energies posted a 15.39% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹891.87 crore in the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, compared to ₹772.89 crore in the April-June period of the previous fiscal year.

Its revenue from operations advanced 79.22% YoY to ₹7,931.79 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹4,425.83 crore in the year-ago period.
