Info Edge Q4 results: Naukri operator’s profit jumps 22% YoY to ₹566 crore, revenue up 21%; dividend recommended

Info Edge Q4 results: Info Edge (India), the operator of Naukri, on Friday, May 22, reported its earnings for the January-March quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q4 FY26), posting a 22.10% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹565.79 crore.

In the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, it had logged a profit of ₹463.38 crore, according to a regulatory filing.

Its revenue from operations climbed 20.75% YoY to ₹869 crore during the quarter under review, compared to ₹749.62 crore in the March quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year.

Segment-wise, its revenue from its recruitment solutions business advanced 12.05% YoY to ₹607.89 crore in Q4 FY26, as against ₹542.5 crore in the year-ago period.
Its revenue from the 99acres for real estate segment stood at ₹143.7 crore for the reporting quarter, up 35.82% YoY from ₹105.8 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25.
Furthermore, its revenue from other businesses grew 15.88% YoY to ₹117.42 crore in the March FY26 quarter, from ₹101.33 crore in the same quarter of FY25.

Final dividend

Info Edge’s board of directors also recommended a final dividend of ₹3.60 per equity share, with a face value of ₹2 each for FY26, subject to declaration of the same by the members at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

Furthermore, it fixed Friday, July 24, 2026, as the record date for the dividend.

What the management said

Commenting on the performance, Hitesh Oberoi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Info Edge, said: “FY26 was a steady year. Topline grew at a measured pace, and operating margins improved through the year, especially in the Recruitment business. 99acres and Jeevansathi continued to gain market share and strengthen their market positions. We also made significant progress in deploying AI across our businesses, deepening its usage in matching, recommendations, and developing new AI-native products and features, improving the value we deliver to users and customers.”

In the 2025-26 fiscal year, Info Edge saw steady improvements across key financial metrics. Its revenue grew by 15%, and operating profit by 17% for the standalone business. Cash generated from operations (pre-tax) from the recruitment business stood at ₹1,513 crore, and its non-recruitment businesses on a combined basis were also cash profitable for the full year, said Ambarish Raghuvanshi, Info Edge’s CFO.
