HAL Q4 Results: Net profit falls 8% YoY to ₹3,977 crore, revenue slips 7%; stock up 4%

Hindustan Aeronautics Q4: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) on Wednesday, May 14, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹3,976.66 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), down 7.70% as compared to ₹4,308.71 crore registered in the year-ago period.

Revenue from operations came in at ₹13,699.85, down 7.2% as against ₹14,768.75 crore logged in the March 2024 quarter.

On the operational front, the PSU's EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation, slipped 10.2% YoY to ₹5,292 crore. The figure stood at ₹5,895 crore in the March 2024 quarter.

Its margin came in at 38.6% against 40% in the year-ago period.

Earnings per share (EPS) slipped to ₹59.46 from ₹64.43 seen in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Shares of the company after the results announcement were trading at ₹4,790.75 apiece on the BSE, up nearly 4%.
