Coromandel International Q4 Result: Net profit falls 75% YoY; board recommends final dividend for FY26

Coromandel International on Thursday, May 7, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹140 crore in the fourth quarter of financial year 2025-26 (Q4 FY26), marking a decline of 76% from ₹580 crore during the same period last year.

Its revenue from operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, however, increased 20% to ₹6,004 crore as against ₹4,988 crore in the year-ago period.

The company posted a jump in operational performance in Q4 as its operating profit, also known as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA), rising 15% to ₹488 crore from ₹425 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Its operating profit margin, also known as EBITDA margin, fell to 8.13% from 8.52% in the corresponding period last year. 

Along with its earnings, Coromandel International’s board of directors also approved a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share on the face value of ₹1 per equity share. The company said the final dividend will be paid on or before August 21, 2026, and within 30 days of its declaration. The record date to determine eligible shareholders has been fixed as July 16, 2026.

Following the earnings, shares of the company slipped 4.3% to touch an intraday low of ₹1,931.50 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. At 2:30 PM, the stock was trading at ₹1,960.30 apiece, declining 2.86%.

In the last five days, shares of the firm have lost 4%, while for a month's time, they have slipped 2.5%. Since November 7, 2025, the stock has fallen nearly 9%. From the beginning of the year, Coromandel International shares have lost more than 13%.

The company has a market capitalisation of ₹57,828.77 crore.

Shares of the company had touched their one-year high of ₹2,718.90 apiece on July 31, 2025, while their 52-week low of ₹1,818.1 was hit on March 23, 2026.
