MRF declares ₹229/share final dividend issue for shareholders along with Q4 results; check details

MRF dividend issue: MRF’s board of directors, after their quarterly meeting on Thursday, May 7, recommended a final dividend issue of ₹229 per share with a face value of ₹10 apiece, subject to the approval of the members in the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM), according to an exchange filing.

Tyre maker, MRF, will pay a final dividend of ₹229 per share to every eligible shareholder for the financial year ended 2025-26, for every share they own in the company up to one day ahead of the pre-determined record date of the action.

“Recommended a final dividend of ₹229/- (2,290%) per share of ₹10 each, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting,” the company informed the stock exchanges.

The company will announce its record date for the final dividend payment after the final approval at the upcoming AGM.

NSE data showed that the tyre maker has paid two interim dividends in the fiscal year ended 2025-26. MRF issued a ₹3 per share interim dividend in November 2025 and another ₹3 per share interim dividend in February 2026.

MRF Q4 results

MRF recorded a 37% rise in its consolidated net profits after tax (PAT) to ₹702 crore in the March quarter of the financial year ended 2025-26, compared to ₹510 crore in the same period a year ago, as per the NSE filing.

The company’s revenue from core operations surged 13.7% to ₹8,044 crore in the fourth quarter, compared year-on-year with ₹7,074 crore in the same period quarter of the previous financial year.

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) rose to ₹1,655.80 apiece in the fourth quarter, compared with ₹1,203.68 per share level in the same period a year ago.

MRF shares jumped over 2% during the intraday trading session to ₹1,33,950 after the earnings announcement, compared to ₹1,30,335 at the previous market close, according to NSE data.

The company’s market capitalisation (M-Cap) was at ₹55,024 crore as of Thursday’s trading session.
