Following the Q1 earnings announcement, shares of Ather Energy jumped over 19% to a record high of ₹414.65 apiece on the NSE on Monday, August 4.

Ather Energy on Monday, August 4, reported a net loss of ₹178.2 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal year (Q1 FY26) against a net loss of ₹183 crore posted in the year-ago period.

The EV company's revenue jumped 79% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹644.6 crore during the reporting quarter from ₹360.5 crore in Q1 FY25. Its total income increased to ₹672.9 crore during the reporting quarter, up 82.6% from ₹368.4 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.

The firm's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) loss was at ₹134.4 crore in Q1 FY26 as compared to ₹128.4 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.

Ather Energy's expenses increased by over 54% to ₹851 crore in the June quarter, up from ₹551 crore in Q1 FY25.

Shares of Ather Energy ended 12.81% up at ₹391.8 apiece on the NSE on Monday, August 4, after opening at ₹353.55 apiece.

The stock, following the Q1 earnings announcement on Monday, rose over 19% to touch a record high of ₹414.65 per share on the NSE. The scrip touched its all-time high after the company posted significant revenue growth for the June quarter.

The company's market capitalisation stands at ₹15,300.64 crore.

Over the last five days, the stock has increased by 16% per share. Further, it has jumped 19.36% in the past month. The scrip was at its 52-week low of ₹288.15 apiece on May 7, 2025.

The firm's stock made its debut in May this year after the IPO, listing with a 2% premium above its issue price of ₹328 apiece. From the listing price, the stock jumped over 26% on Monday after the Q1 results announcement.

Ather Energy's IPO was oversubscribed by 1.43 times on the back of high demand in the QIB and retail investor categories. The ₹2,981-crore initial share sale had a price band of ₹304-₹321 apiece.

After Ola Electric Mobility's IPO in August 2024, Ather Energy was the second electric two-wheeler company to go public.
