Wipro Q2 FY27 results schedule out: Check date, Q2 guidance, share price trend and other details

IT services firm Wipro on Monday, June 22, said the company’s board of directors has fixed its quarterly meeting date to declare the July-to-September quarter results for the fiscal year ending 2026-27, according to a regulatory filing.

The company said its board of directors will meet on October 14-15, 2026, to approve Q2 FY27 earnings. The financial results will be approved by the board on October 15, 2026.

Wipro said that, in line with its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company is closed from September 16, 2026, till the close of October 17, 2026.

For the September quarter (Q2 FY27), Wipro had guided for IT Services revenue in the range of $2.574 billion to $2.627 billion. This translates into sequential revenue growth of between a decline of 1.5% and an increase of 0.5% in constant currency terms.

The guidance was based on assumed exchange rates of GBP/USD at 1.34, EUR/USD at 1.16, AUD/USD at 0.71, USD/INR at 94.50 and CAD/USD at 0.71.

Wipro Q1 FY27 earnings

Wipro had reported a muted performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), with revenue growth remaining modest and margins coming under pressure.

The IT major had posted gross revenue of ₹24,480 crore, up 1% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and 10.6% year-on-year (YoY).

Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹3,360 crore, down 4.7% QoQ but up 0.6% year-on-year (YoY), the press release showed. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter were ₹3.20, a decrease of 4.2% QoQ and an increase of 0.6% YoY.

Operating cash flows were ₹3,290 crore ($348 million), an increase of 3.6% QoQ and at 98.0% of net income for the quarter.

Along with the earnings, Wipro’s board had approved an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share of face value ₹2 each for FY27.

Wipro share price trends

On Monday, Wipro shares closed at ₹15.14 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, gaining 1.75%.

From the beginning of the year, Wipro shares have declined 39%. Over a month’s time, the stock has fallen 6%, while for a six-month period, it has slipped 18%.

Shares of the firm had hit a 52-week high of ₹273.10 on December 22, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹156.79 on September 29, 2026.

According to NSE data, as of October 5, 2026, Wipro has a total market capitalisation of ₹1.61 lakh crore.
